Death Cassette – Cheaper to Die
Pre-Order LP – Shipping November 2026

Cheaper to Die is the new full-length from Death Cassette, delivering a raw collection of straight-ahead punk riffs, cathartic lyrics, and songs that wrestle with the weight of everyday life.

The title track grew from the idea of a phrase that sounded like it could have been the name of a Motörhead record, but quickly took on a much heavier meaning. As Lindsey puts it, “It used to be expensive to live, now I don’t even know how you can afford the end.” That sense of frustration and despair runs through the record, capturing the feeling of being crushed by a system that can make someone feel like a burden simply for being alive.

But Cheaper to Die isn't all darkness. Tracks like “Pressure,” “Clutter,” and “Desert” move toward something more hopeful, exploring what happens when you finally get things off your chest and take a step into the unknown.

Fast, direct, and emotionally charged, this is punk rock that hits hard without losing sight of the possibility that things can get better.

This is a pre-order. Expected shipping: November 2026.
